The EPIC IT Manager can help you set up templates that can be utilized to gather and organize data quickly and help provide insights into your successes, as well as any areas in need of improvement.
Member counties pay for the licenses for the product and are invoiced by Harris School Solutions. Jill Woolcock supports the counties in creating and changing templates when needed, and can keep the teacher lists updated for subject-based walk-throughs.
The quick and easy observations are stored on the web to allow access by county personnel that have permissions to view, and can also be emailed to the teacher, administrator, or a faculty member at any time.
